We Believe...

We believe in one God, the sovereign true and living God revealed as one in three persons. Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We understand that humanity is negatively affected by sin which alienates us from our creator, and which is in direct conflict to his purpose for creating us. However, we believe that all those who sincerely follow and commit themselves to him through Jesus Christ, confessing their sins to him and asking him for forgiveness, will be able to enjoy God's original plan and purpose - which is the gift of eternal life (John 3:16).
We believe we have a responsibility to follow the teachings of Jesus as laid out in scripture. This includes our conscious choice to reject a life-styles and the association to things that are offensive to God (Hebrews 12:14).
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God (2 Timothy 3:15-16) and it's teaching is essential for every aspect of living. We therefore teach the word of God from a practical point of view. Combining and emphasising the how's… with the do's…
We believe that God's Spirit resides in those who truly believe. He enables the believer to live a life that pleases him, guaranteeing the eternal hope of that person. Empowering them for service (Romans 8:9; 2 Corinthians 5:5).
