PCF Men’s Department
PCF Men’s Department is consists of approximately 35 men spanning a wide age range. The department is made up of men from different cultures and walks of life with a vast array of vocations, gifting, experiences and characters. This makes the men department one of the most divers departments within PCF.
The aim of the Men’s department
To aid in the growth and development of men according to God’s original purpose.       Genesis 1 v. 26 - 31

Objectives:
To create environments which challenge the actions, speech and thought life of the present day Christian male.
To provide practical teaching on the main functions of the present day Christian male. (Father, employee, minister, student etc…….)
To encourage fellowship amongst men, outside of Sunday morning.
To promote the Christian ethos as a life style.
To support and encourage the use of spiritual gifts amongst the brother hood.

The men’s department is growing and we are learning how to make a difference in our church and wider community. The focus for this year is to encourage the men to rise to the challenge. The challenge is living life in a manor that pleases God and reflects Christ and the power of his resurrection. We aim to develop the modern day Christian man according to God’s original purpose.

Key Elements:
A serires of challenging meeting entitled ‘Rise To The Challenge’. These meeting are designed to challenge the men regarding church, work and home life.
Social events where the men have an opportunity to compete and have fun
A new PUSH initiative that encourage men to get involved in the various department in church and initiative in the local community.
